Organization

Bank of America is one of the nation's largest financial services companies and the 3rd largest commercial bank in the United States. Bank of America employs almost 200,000 employees in offices across the country and the world.

Conference Rooms

Bank of America tasked VCA with building and installing several different conference and meeting rooms throughout their New York Headquarters facility in order to meet their needs of communicating with their customers and employees. The various rooms typically consisted of either single screen or dual screen videoconferencing systems with laptop, VHS, DVD, and cable TV connections available for any type of presentation. These rooms were outfitted with flat panel displays and lectern confidence monitors for presenters. In addition to the individual conference rooms, VCA built and installed two conference centers for Bank of America, allowing them to conduct meetings with key firms and branches all over the world. Moreover, VCA built and installed a multipurpose divisible training room with zone controlled speakers, discreet lighting controls, and audio conferencing capabilities. The A/V in the room could be split or combined through simple touchpanel controls.
