VCA Expands AVID Service & Support Contract Capabilities in NY/NJ/PA with Acquisition of New Senior Avid Staff
With the acquisition of three new key employees, VCA now has the largest AVID certified staff of engineers and technical support personnel in the mid-Atlantic region.
New York, NY, March 13th, 2010 - Video Corporation of America, the largest AVID reseller in the East, is pleased to announce a major expansion of its AVID technical staff, enabling them to offer 24x7 enterprise level comprehensive support contracts for the most demanding customers in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. Dave Berlin, President of VCA, commented, "the expansion was a response to user demands to maximize productivity, reduce downtime and risk, while having predictable support annual operating costs." Additionally, VCA has invested in a GPS enabled Web Trouble Ticket system to enable contract clients to log issues online and track support progress in real time.
